Responsibilities

  • Embrace and exhibit the dealership’s Mission, Vision and Values, Customer Ground Rules, Leadership Philosophy, and Dealership Priorities.
  • Oversee Account Executive sales processes and performance and assist in training new team members
  • Motivate, support, and monitor the performance of all team members including individual check-ins, team training, goal reviews, and preparation of reports and forecasts.
  • Support the career and professional development of team members, lead by example, and maintain a professional appearance within your team.
  • Supporting the Finance team to ensure deal fundamentals are complete, such as paperwork, funding, titles, and ensuring manufacturer/lender compliance is followed, etc.
  • Assist/support in appraising vehicles
  • Creating and building relationships within all departments to positively affect the overall business of the dealership.
  • Ensure all customers and leads are attended to in a timely manner
  • Ensure immediate customer recognition and contribute to a culture that is Guest Focused.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership or management experience within the automotive industry
  • Highly organized
  • Energetic personality with exceptional closing abilities
  • Able to work some weeknights and Saturdays
  • Strong customer service mindset with exceptional listening, communication, and computer skills
  • Gregarious and positive attitude with a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
