We’re seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to join our growing team. As our first step into management, this role is a launchpad for your career at Earls. You’ll gain invaluable experience in all aspects of restaurant operations while developing your leadership skills. As a Shift Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Develop: Oversee daily operations, motivate and develop your team, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Drive Results: Contribute to sales growth and profit maximization by managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Grow Your Career: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant operations, participate in leadership training programs, and build strong relationships with guests to foster career growth.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • The ability to legally work in Canada.
