Project Manager

We are recruiting a Project Manager for our Winnipeg office.

Position Overview:

• Provide input on execution phases to meet client requirements.
• Manage the project including production of purchase orders, subcontracts, equipment, insurance, permits and bonds.
• Coordinate with the Project Planner, Project Design Engineer, and outside consultants on project scheduling and drawing requirements.
• Initiate conflict resolution with subcontractors, suppliers and employees.
• Implement change requests from the client or as required.
• Act as primary contact with the client from project start to completion, including building inspection.

Qualifications Needed:

• Post-secondary education in engineering OR 5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager in construction.
• Understanding of fundamental business principles: financial, legal, and organizational aspects.
• Professional communicator with creative solutions to manage project details.
• Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
