Job Summary

Responsible for consistent shipping and handling of company inventory. Adhere to all company security policies regarding shipping, receiving, and inventory corrections.

Essential Job Functions

• Meet and exceed store and personal performance standards
• Implement company initiatives according to company direction
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products
• Check shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
• Handle store inventories and merchandise properly
• Ensure merchandise is properly sized
• Maintain a neat and organized merchandise area
• Communicate and resolve issues with Store Manager
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to relevant departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Job Requirements

• Prior retail management experience preferred
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only)
• Willingness to learn
• Completion of all training programs leading to Manager in Training position or equivalent
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods
