About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Zeitview. You will lead the FP&A team and be responsible for driving the finance function and building out core finance capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring financial health, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Implement and manage advanced FP&A tools to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement robust commission calculation methodologies to accurately compensate sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast bookings and revenue accurately.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive metrics book, including core KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a cash flow forecast to optimize working capital.
  • Recruit and hire top talent to strengthen the FP&A team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of legal experience of progressive FP&A experience, including experience in a high-growth tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Expertise in financial systems and tools, such as ERP (NetSuite preferred), BI, and FP&A software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Interested in technology and the drone space. Any type of drone experience or knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus!
