The Opportunity
Scoop Robotix Inc. is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented B2B SaaS Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll master our proprietary technology suite, including the SCOOP Central Operations Hub (COH) for Project Management and Workflow Automation, the GLOO Cloud Integration Platform (iPaaS), and the LOOXY Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI) service.
You’ll leverage your previous knowledge or be able to quickly gain a deep understanding of the Renewable Energy and Sustainable Infrastructure market (our target market), to understand the unique challenges our customers face. With this insight, you'll lead the sales process through discovery, live demos, stakeholder buy-in, and negotiations. As a leader in this area of the business, you’ll help refine and innovate processes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead prospects through the entire sales process, from the initial demo to contract negotiation and signing.
- Working with pre-qualified leads, you’ll need to quickly understand their business and identify key pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- You’ll take a consultative selling approach, building trust and rapport by addressing specific customer challenges with in-depth knowledge of their industry.
- Utilizing our library of resources you’ll craft customized presentations and technical demos that demonstrate the value of Scoop Robotix technology.
- While no coding background is required, you’ll need to be comfortable with speaking to technical buyers and guiding conversations. You’ll have access to our product experts for subsequent sales calls.
- Proven track record in a high volume sales environment. You will be expected to conduct 100 meetings and demos per month while ensuring clients are followed up on and next steps are confirmed.
- As a small team we’d love for you to share your ideas on how to innovate on the sales process to increase the number of qualified prospects entering the pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- You’ll Collaborate closely with the Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance the effectiveness of the overall sales funnel and process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
- As you gain more knowledge of our products you’ll have the opportunity to lead webinars and workshops, educating prospects and engaging industry stakeholders.
- +5 years experience in a SaaS sales development or Account Executive role.
- A proven track record with clear examples of success leading a technical SaaS product sales cycle (CRM, ERP, PM platforms) including live product demos.
- Technically savvy, comfortable with a variety of business SaaS tools with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
- Expertise at facilitating a sales cycle with multiple stakeholders including technical execution level stakeholders (PMs, Admins, Ops managers) and executive leaders (C-Suite, VP of Ops, Owner/Operator).
- Proven examples of improving a current sales process to increase the conversion rate from New Deal to Customer using sales tactics/strategies as well as automation.
- Excellent live presentation skills with an excitement and drive to facilitate multiple sales discovery meetings, demos and negotiations on a daily basis.
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear process for proactively nurturing deals through the sales process.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, analytical thinking skills.
- Can-do, positive and energetic attitude.
- Experience with marketing automation tools to enhance and support the sales process.
- Experience recording short demo videos to enhance and support the sales process.
- Experience with Enterprise sales cycles.
