Title: Resource Team Nursing Program – Administrative Assistant
Salary: $57,417 – $61,977 per year (pay range explained below) *
Contract: Casual
Hours: Casual - Is a fully in-office position
Location: Lax Kw’Alaams (Must live in Lax Kw'Alaams)
Bargaining Unit: PSAC BCFNHA Group (The Public Service Alliance of Canada)
About The Role
As Administrative Assistant, you will – Provide a variety of administrative support services under the supervision of a Nurse in Charge or Community Health Nurse and provides reception and general information services to First Nations clients, partners, and communities. As part of the resource team, travel and support various rural and remote communities in the Northern region of BC.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
- Grade 12, including completion of one year of post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration, plus one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- 1 year of related experience
- Basic knowledge of First Nations history, culture and etiquette.
You may have experience in; Administration.
