Shipping Lead Hand - Overnight Shift

Starting Rate of pay:

$24.01/hour (Rate will be $1 less during probationary period – 600 hours worked).

Shifts Available and Hours: Overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Shift Premium: Night shift premium: $0.65 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Moving tractor trailers safely
• Operating a crane and lift truck safely
• Loading trucks safely and identifying the proper sequence of events
• Generating packing slips for loads
• Properly understanding customers shipping and unloading requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years working within a similar lead hand position/environment
• Experience of 1-2 years with a propane-powered counterbalance forklift
• AZ license (moving tractor-trailers in and out of the building)
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work with minimum supervision
