Summer 2025 Work Term

Term Length: 4 months

Term Start: May 5, 2025

Term End: August 22, 2025

As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

CSC Analyst:

Accountabilities

User support/ End User Support

  • Review Article listing packages in share point
  • Respond to e-mails from different parts of the business
  • Create and expire PIR
  • Working with new vendor set up
  • Communicate with supply chain/BU on any issue that arise
  • Manage Vendor transition/ DC Transition
  • Update shipping location/set new location
  • Review sourcing issue( Internal and external sourcing issue)
  • May lead some training and huddle discussions
  • Analyze, explain and resolve system, business and process related inquiries from users
  • Network transition.

Role Requirements:

  • Post secondary education at either the college or university level
  • Strong working knowledge of legacy systems to support in the coexistence of IPFR and Legacy
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Micro Strategy
  • Demonstrated in-depth process knowledge of the particular Business Organization and Business Unit they are representing
  • Above average analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to respond to new situations and work in a constantly changing environment
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization.
  • Team player with a passion for learning and training and working in collaboration with others
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail and supply chain
  • Work weekend when needed
  • Knowledge of JDA/IPFR and SQL
