Join us as a Physiotherapist in the new and innovative CBI Home Health Durham OHT Leading Practice program, where your specialized expertise will be at the heart of transforming physical rehabilitation in our community. As a key member of this dynamic new team, you will have the autonomy to design and implement individualized care plans that directly address the physical challenges your patients face, helping them restore mobility, strength, and function. Your unique role is to empower individuals to regain their independence and improve their quality of life, enabling them to live safely and happily in their own homes and communities. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to create real, lasting impact.
