Job Description

IAA Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of loss recovery services to the insurance industry in Canada, has an opening for a Team Lead at our facility in Moncton, NB.

IAA is Canada's leading live and live-online salvage vehicle auction company with auction facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. IAA's national service offering allows sellers to standardize processes across the country and provides buyers with Canada's most extensive selection of salvage vehicles. IAA has nearly 7,000 talented employees and more than 200 facilities throughout the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Provides support to office staff ensuring training and productivity levels are maintained

Coordinate staffing schedules, assist the management team with employee-related issues

Provides a high level of customer service through education of both buyers and sellers on auction policies and procedures, addressing concerns, and completing requests in a timely and efficient manner

Other duties may as assigned Educational Experience Requirements

High School diploma with Post Secondary School continuing education

Auction and supervisory skills are a definite asset

Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment

Proven customer service skills/experience

Proficiency in MS Office

Good organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience in building and maintaining motivated teams is a definite asset

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
