Position Summary
This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates that would make excellent additions to the CareRx team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager, Talent Acquisition leads a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and is accountable for developing best practices, programs and processes nationally to ensure the successful acquisition of best fit talent for the company.
Your Day-To-Day Accountabilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the talent priorities of the organization.
- Create and maintain recruitment processes that ensure efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Establish clear recruitment goals and metrics, ensuring team accountability and performance targets are met.
- Train and develop the team on sourcing, interviewing, and selection best practices.
Candidate Sourcing & Selection:
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Guide the interview and selection process, ensuring the right candidates are hired based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Process Improvement & Metrics:
- Continuously assess and optimize the recruitment process, identifying areas for improvement to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to senior leadership and HR teams.
- Implement best practices for candidate engagement, interview techniques, and feedback collection to improve hiring outcomes.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to continue to build our brand in the talent market through consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Work with the TA Team to build awareness of CareRx through a targeted and engaging campus recruitment program
Compliance & Legal Requirements:
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records for audit purposes and compliance reporting.
What You Bring To The Team
- We value your experience in this field and your energy to make a positive difference on our team!
- University Degree or College Diploma in business or human resources management
- CHRP or CHRL is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a talent acquisition team
- Experience utilizing a talent acquisition system is required. Working with UltiPro/UKG recruitment module is an asset.

- Excellent time management skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and ability seek to understand the needs of our hiring managers (our customers) and partner on the best outcome
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a positive contributor to the team
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership and confidentiality
