Responsibilities

Updating appointment schedule Providing exceptional customer experiences, both in person and over the phone Keep customers up to date on the status of their vehicle repairs Working on a computer, organizing workloads, and balancing commitments

Qualifications

Prior experience working in a Collision Centre or with MPI considered an asset Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation with an ability to work under minimal supervision Availability to work on Saturdays
