Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Mail Clerk on a temporary full-time basis (up to 9 months) for our Office Services team. This position requires on-site work and is based at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What you’ll do:
- Accurately sort, slot, and stuff envelopes, statements, invoices, and general mail. Operate folding/sorting machine as required.
- Affix postage as needed to all outgoing mail. Sort and distribute incoming daily post office mail and prepare weekly courier mailings to local Co-ops and independent customers from weekly sorting bins.
- Maintain/update the postage machine and order supplies as required.
- Deliver and collect mail in both downtown FCL office buildings twice per day.
- Participate in departmental meetings and on committees as requested and ensure required training is maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Mail & Shipping Associate, Receptionist Clerk, and Shipper Receiver, and you will report into the Supervisor, Office Services.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and have:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Twelve months of related experience.
- Working knowledge of operating mailroom equipment (specifically folding machines and postage machines) is considered an asset.
- Can maneuver packages in excess of 50 lbs.
- Have good verbal communication skills.
