JOB RESPONSIBILITIS
VPO Logistics Pillar Expert:
- Lead the development and execution of the VPO Logistics Pillar, ensuring the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and performance across T1 warehouses.
- Provide expertise to optimize logistics operations and ensure alignment with company-wide best practices.
- Execute check-to-coach audits at Canadian Breweries
- Drive LCP Warehouse Excellence by managing the Logistics Control Process, ensuring efficient and sustainable warehouse operations.
- Identify areas for process optimization and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for T1 warehouses, ensuring accurate measurement of operational efficiency and performance.
- Consolidate warehouse data and provide national visibility to aid in strategic decisions.
- Oversee cost management practices for T1 warehouses, focusing on reducing inefficiencies, improving financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure adherence to financial goals and provide guidance on budget management and cost optimization.
- Support with VLC Budget building and target setting for T1 sites
VPO Logistics Sustainability:
- Ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of logistics processes across all pillars of VPO.
- Promote efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability in all warehouse operations.
- Support the sustainability of the LCP Warehouse Pillar by ensuring they meet operational standards and drive ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
- Optimize and maintain VLC (Variable Logistics Costs) and FLC (Fixed Logistics Costs) processes within T1 warehouses to ensure logistics excellence and operational efficiency.
- Revamp and improve the MCRS (Management Control and Reporting System), providing consistent national and field-level visibility into warehouse operations and performance.
- Streamline reporting, improve data accuracy, and ensure alignment with operational goal.
- Education: University degree, Business and Industry related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead an operations facility with direct supervisory experience in a unionized environment. Strong leadership skills required.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse operations in a high-volume environment, including leadership of a large hourly workforce. Demonstrated operational excellence.
- Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement, solid technical skills, and a reputation as a leader of change.

- Ability to travel minimum 30% of time
