On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a
Enterprise Software Developer for a full-time permanent position for their Calgary office.


Enterprise Software Developer - Job Details

  • Implement, configure, update, and maintain ESM and ECM systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and performance issues.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features and integrated solutions.
  • Automate and develop reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and procedures.
  • Manage system changes and conduct user training as needed.
  • Collaborate on IT and Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Lead and mentor within your area of expertise, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
  • Write, test, and maintain business rules using C#, T-SQL, and REST API calls.
  • Participate in quality assurance testing.


Enterprise Software Developer - Main Responsibilities

Enterprise Software Developer - Mandatory Skills

  • Undergraduate degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science with 8+ years of development experience in ESM or ECM systems, or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification required.
  • Proficiency in ESM and ECM platforms.
  • Strong documentation skills for processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Experience with workflow development and automation.
  • Expertise in ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Development experience in C#, ASP .Net, IIS, HTML/CSS, and open-source tools.
  • Troubleshooting experience and strong knowledge of REST API services.
  • Familiarity with agile/DevOps practices.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive in developing solutions and improving existing applications.
  • Dedicated to creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service focus.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.


Enterprise Software Developer - Nice to have:

  • Basic T-SQL query writing (SSIS knowledge is a plus).

  • Calgary, AB - Hybrid, 1 week onsite every month
