What you will do?
- Evolve and grow Edon Management’s Grounds/Snow Removal team as new business opportunities present themselves
- Provide overall guidance for Edon’s Grounds/Snow Removal department by supervising, guiding, and supporting team members, ensuring that proper training and development is provided at all levels
- Support the Property/Operations Managers with overseeing the performance of grounds/snow removal sub-contractors. Property Managers and Site Supervisors are responsible for addressing their concerns directly with the Business Manager regarding quality of service
- Support growth opportunities by participating in and promoting growth opportunities to expand Edon Management’s grounds/snow removal services
Who we are looking for?
- Minimum five to seven years of experience in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of grounds/snow removal practices
- Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
- Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
