Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Terminal Operator at our Prince George Transload Facility.
We are looking for someone that strives for continuous improvement and has knowledge in safety standards, terminal operations and compliance of policies and procedures to ensure optimal distribution. If you have excellent communication and people skills as well as mechanical aptitude of terminal maintenance and repair, then this may be the right fit for you!
This position requires on-site work and is based in Prince George, BC.
What you’ll do:
- Unloading of railcars and loading of trucks.
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on all facility equipment according to established maintenance and preventative maintenance programs while completing daily, monthly and annual checklists and inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
- Provide guidance and communication to drivers, contractors and internal team members with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor to ensure the terminal operational activities are executed safely and within the CRS brand.
- Complete TMS product/changes, enter required information into the TSM database, “Scada” system activities, care and inventory of spare parts, and support any contractor/ FCL employee requirements.
- Support the Supervisor and Manager in identifying and implementing process improvements and operational changes.

The Team: You will work closely with two other Terminal Operators and report into the Terminal Operations Manager.

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- A valid Drivers License.
- Fuel product knowledge, fuel transfer, Top Tech TSM System and safe fuel loading knowledge is an asset.
