Account Manager - Injectable Portfolio

About the Role:
Develop and execute a territory business plan, utilizing and leveraging territory reports to identify emerging trends and strategize accordingly. Managing and developing relationships with key accounts within the territory. Effectively manage sales of both injectables & possibly skincare portfolio. Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations. Ensure full compliance of all business hygiene related activities to include (but not limited to); expense reporting, entering calls in Merz CRM system, online module training, sample reporting and management. Adhering to all compliance protocols as it relates to Customer activities. Strong collaboration across the Aesthetics team to drive portfolio sales/growth. The duties summarized above are not an exclusive list and it is at the company’s discretion that additional duties may be assigned, from time to time.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience in a B2B environment with documented success
- Exceptional selling and training skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and understanding the customer’s business and needs
- Individual must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and be able to work independently
- Ability to establish strong relationships
- Ability to drive sales results in given geographies
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Skilled in MS Office
