Join us as an Account Manager and drive growth for our B2B reseller accounts in Canada. This role involves exceptional planning, coordination, and communication to ensure Brother is well-positioned to maximize sales and market share within the reseller channel. Your deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market conditions is essential, along with your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence end-user sales through reseller partners. You will excel in fostering collaboration and delivering impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- Reseller Relationship Management: Recruit and onboard new reseller partners through lead generation techniques, while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor managers, buyers, and business owners, to influence end-user sales and achieve both short- and long-term growth targets.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop, execute, and evaluate annual account plans, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives through continuous analysis and tracking. Create actionable recommendations and deliver executive and quarterly business reviews, Drive market share, sales growth, and brand visibility aligned with Brother’s corporate goals.
- Collaborative Communicator: Excel at coordinating interdepartmental meetings and maintaining clear, effective communication across teams, adapting quickly to changing environments while tailoring your approach to diverse audiences. Anticipate outcomes and handle challenging customer situations with tact and professionalism.
- Market Development & Product Support: Effectively manage and track market development funds, present the features, benefits, and technical specifications of Brother products to customers. Identify opportunities to address challenges and collaborate with marketing and product departments to create business proposals.
Your Winning Profile:
- A university degree.
- Minimum 5 years of successful IT channel account management or sales experience with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Knowledge of the IT/Print channel account management planning and business development process.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- A passion for driving results.
- Dedication to Quality and Innovation.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Market intelligence – experience in monitoring market shifts and positioning to remain informed about forthcoming market activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet partner needs.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.

Additional Details:
- Base Salary Range: $77,000 – $96,000 with an additional sales bonus.
- The starting base salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the applicant.
