PMO Practice Specialist

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a PMO Practice Specialist for our client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining data accuracy in the PMO’s PPM tools
- Maintenance of the PMO’s Resource and Cost Estimating tool
- Creating, maintaining, and running PMO reports ensuring quality and data accuracy.
- Entering financial adjustments, monthend accruals and maintaining project work breakdown structures in SAP
- Ensuring project managers adhere to PMO frameworks and deliver timely and highquality products such as project status reports, active RAID management, stage gates, and quality of CEW forecasts, Project Plans, and aligned Investment Funding Requests.
- Providing support and training to Project Managers and Project Coordinators on PMO processes, frameworks, and tools including SAP, ARIBA, MS Project Online and MS PPM.
The Requirements:
- Experience in SAP PS Project Systems module
- Experience making financial adjustments, accruals and maintaining work breakdown structures in SAP
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying
- Expert level knowledge of Excel and VB
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and processes and SDLC.
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Experience in effectively communicating with senior leadership.
- Takes accountability and ownership of work products and focuses on highquality output.
