Role Description
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for our client.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support all facets of project management including but not limited to budgets, schedules, procurements, stakeholders, risks, and quality.
- Manage projects with scope that includes the development and delivery of solutions by various teams/resources/SMEs.
- Oversee client internal partners as necessary including technology, risk, facilities, HR, communications, and legal.
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience with Compliance related projects.
- Experience managing high-complexity projects rolling into high-complexity programs.
- Experience managing projects at the executive or C-suite level.
- Experience with internal control frameworks.
- Experience with change management.
- Experience in technology solutions scoping, requirements gathering, development, testing, and operationalization.
- Experience working with third party technology vendors.
- Develop and maintain integrated project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with the client.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
- Track progress against goals, objectives, benefits, approved budgets, and timelines; report status and variances.
- Develop and assess change requests to determine their impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Provide integrated change management support through project delivery.
- Support contract management oversight, keeping track of all important details of an agreement, including key deliverables and milestones, deadlines, and other requirements.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Insurance products and processes would be considered an asset.
