Know Our Team

Nutrition International’s Corporate Services (CS) unit is a dedicated team of Finance and Administrative experts with extensive global experience. The unit leads on providing global Accounting, Finance, Budget, and Compliance, Contracting and Procurement, Facilities management, and Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT).

Currently, Nutrition International is seeking applications for a 9-month contract Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Specialist with flexibility to work remotely from Canada, or hybrid 2 days/week from our HQ office if located in Ottawa, Canada.

About You

You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. You have proven experience in managing HRIS using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. You possess a strong proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 HR modules and experience with data migration and integration projects. You are experienced in creating middleware for system integration and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Specific Skill Requirements

  • JavaScript and TypeScript: Core for client-side customization.
  • HTML and CSS: For styling and structuring UI components.
  • React / Angular (optional): For advanced, custom web applications.
  • PowerApps and Power Automate: For low-code/no-code customizations and integrations.
  • Bootstrap / jQuery (optional): For enhancing frontend UI functionality.
  • X++: Understanding backend interactions with frontend components.
  • Liquid: For web portal customizations.
  • API Management: Using SOAP and REST

Fluency in English is required.

About the Role

The Dynamics 365 F&O technical specialist will support the management and troubleshooting of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role involves supporting the development of a middleware platform for integration and building reports and interfaces to enhance user experience.

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

  • Work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to implement changes required in the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Troubleshoot, manage, and maintain the HRIS using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand HRIS needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the HRIS.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific HR business requirements.
  • Oversee system testing to ensure all customizations and configurations meet specifications.

Data and Systems Integration

  • Support the creation of middleware for integration between HRIS, NetSuite ERP, and other core systems.
  • Improve integration between Dynamics 365 F&O (HRIS) and Dynamics 365 CRM (ATS).
  • Maintain API documentation and support testing of integrations.
  • Support data migration initiatives by proposing effective strategies.

Reporting and UI/UX

  • Build reports and web interfaces to enhance user experience and provide actionable insights.
  • Improve user experience using the web interface or leveraging the power platform stack.
  • Improve the UI/UX experience of the NI ATS on Dynamics 365.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations.
  • Train and support end-users on the effective use of the HRIS.
