About the Role

The Coordinator, Outreach Programs is responsible for overseeing the administration, development, implementation, curriculum, delivery and assessment of the Science AL!VE program at Simon Fraser University. The Coordinator provides support for the strategic plan for the Faculty of Applied Sciences outreach program by promoting engineering, science, and technology to local youth through development of events and workshops. Serving as the principal contact and coordinator for all events hosted and sponsored by the Faculty, the Coordinator provides overall coordination of all events, including handling all administrative and operational details.
