Merchandising Data Governance Coordinator

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Manager- Merchandising Data Governance, the Coordinator will be accountable to work with the team to execute repeatable tasks. You will be accountable to undertake daily operations, database reporting, review group mailbox and other KTLO functions

  • Run daily and weekly processes, documenting any required enhancements
  • Update user-facing applications and databases, and triage any user queries regarding updated information.
  • Ensure proper support procedures, documentation, and tools are in place to support various projects and internal users
  • There will be an equal split between operational tasks, report running and business analysis.
  • Execute data uploads to systems, conduct UAT and manage group mailbox.
  • Conduct data-pull from source and provide inferences to facilitate decision making
  • Identify root causes and proactively look for improvements to eliminate or reduce possible issues

What you bring

  • New graduates are welcome to apply (some experience or internship in retail will be considered an asset)
  • Ability to multi-task, follow documented instructions to run dbs, help in scheduling operational activities and coordinating between cross-banner teams
  • Exposure to any data-pull querying tools like PowerApps, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience and analytical skills
  • Flexible, with ability to adapt to change and ambiguity
