Position
We're looking for someone to help design, build out, and manage all aspects of our on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with various teams (product managers, project managers, analysts, developers, support) and where multiple hats, to ensure we are always delivering value to our customers. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our application and help troubleshoot/diagnose customer issues. We need someone with great listening skills and time management – and will be given ownership and autonomy to drive projects to completion. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and strive for innovation. They must also have well developed technical acumen and ability to learn on the fly.

Qualifications
- Good understanding of networking technologies, cloud load balancers, and firewalls
- Knowledge of infrastructure services like LDAP, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, etc. Experience with service monitoring and messaging tools like Nagios, Spectrum, etc.
- Hands-on experience in the provisioning of systems, maintaining security and access management of public cloud service providers
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and basic administration skills of Jira & Confluence
- Deep understanding of Cloud computing concepts and solutions including public, private, hybrid Cloud, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/HCI/Nutanix)
- A good understanding of Cloud Security, specifically IAM Roles & Policies, Security Groups, and Encryption keys
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge in either cloud or on-prem deployments: DNS, network, routing, L3/L7 protocols, etc
- Strong understanding and experience with storage technologies (Dell \ Netapp)
- Understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory administration and networking protocols and services like TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
- Strong understanding and experience with virtualization implementation, management, and troubleshooting
- Data Center migration experience is a big plus
- Experience managing cloud-based DNS: Cloudflare and Route 53
- Scripting and automation based on Cloudflare API or similar
- Knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and CDN standards and technology
- Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 certification (MCSE) is desirable.
- Experience with network security with Windows 2008/2012/2016 and Cisco devices
