Description:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Reporting Analyst with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs business data analysis using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
  • Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations. Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
  • Able to build ad hoc data and reports. May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information. May occasionally guide less experienced/new business data analysts on the team.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 5+ years of industry experience with data analysis/data science/operations research.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, and data visualization (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight), and scripting languages (Python, R).
  • Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build consensus with teams.
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.
  • Experience in programming languages, automation tools, and stats packages (e.g., Python) is a plus; comfortable creating re-usable data pipelines.
  • Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets.
  • Building Dashboards and Data: Collaborate with the team to design and develop comprehensive dashboards and data sets to support Sales and Operations decision-making processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, and related field or equivalent work experience.
