What you’ll be doing

• Expanding upon and developing new detailed technical documentation of the custom application work in ServiceNow for our Commercial Insurance team.
• Documenting technical design, maintenance processes, and triage/incident resolution steps.
• Developing summary one-sheets on custom applications in ServiceNow.
• Conducting knowledge transfer sessions to gather information about existing systems and to communicate to business stakeholders.
• Producing structured, readable documentation in Confluence and reviewing information from SMEs, within Confluence spaces, Jira tickets, and other platforms.

What you bring

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience writing technical documentation.
• Experience with Javascript and HTML / HTML 5.
• Previous ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence/Jira.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
