CASMAN is seeking a multi-tasking Junior Project Coordinator who thrives on being part of a Team and bringing Projects to Life!
Our Junior Project Coordinators play a key role in managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality for our Clients.
CASMAN Project Coordinators get to be a meaningful part of all aspects of Construction, from bidding to turnover. They will work with internal team members as well as Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Clients. Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team environment are a must.
Applicants must have formal construction training and be proficient reading blueprints and specifications, preparing schedules, understand construction contracts and the document flow between Contractor/Consultants/and Owners, scopes of work, and safe work practices, and be proficient with Microsoft Project, Office applications and Design and Publishing software. This is a responsible position and familiarity and comfort with working on active construction sites is required. A valid drivers license, and reliable vehicle is required. Travel may be required.

Local to the Edmonton Area required
Candidates require 2-4 years of formal post-secondary construction education in, Architectural, Interior Design or Construction Engineering Technology.
