KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering nutritious lunches and snacks
• Maintaining a clean/safe kitchen, sanitizing all equipment, materials and kitchen related items.
• Dish washing and hand washing procedures, followed in accordance with Health Department regulations
• Performing duties, as laid out by the Cook
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for a prolonged period of time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Food Handlers’ Certificate
• Knowledge of Canada’s Food Guide

MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS

• 2 Step TB Test
• Updated Immunizations (Tetanus, MMR)
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (within first three months)
