About the role

The Labourer is responsible for assisting in a variety of construction site tasks including cleaning, material handling, and assisting various trades. This role is crucial for ensuring timelines and work is completed efficiently.

Hourly pay range: $23.00-26.00/hr.

What you’ll be doing

• Clearing construction site of debris and hazardous material.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist trades when needed.
• Perform basic construction duties including operating hand and power tools.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

What we’re looking for

• 1 year experience in construction
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Must have proper PPE (steel toe boots, vest & hardhat)
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
