Rate of Pay: $24.373 - $28.671 per hour
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary school education in Office Administration or equivalent
- Experience in a computerized environment, possessing excellent keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of community-wide scheduling and other MediTech applications an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Experience in the preparation and maintenance of clinical records and preparation of medical correspondence
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and experience
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team setting independently or with minimal supervision
- Experience with reception and electronic appointment scheduling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational/time management skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
Condition of Employment
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
