Rate of Pay: $24.373 - $28.671 per hour

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary school education in Office Administration or equivalent
• Experience in a computerized environment, possessing excellent keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of community-wide scheduling and other MediTech applications an asset
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Experience in the preparation and maintenance of clinical records and preparation of medical correspondence
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team setting independently or with minimal supervision
• Experience with reception and electronic appointment scheduling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational/time management skills
• Demonstrated regular attendance at work

Condition of Employment

• This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
• Offers of employment made to external candidates are conditional upon providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per the SJCG Immunization Policy IMS-04-005 or proof of valid medical exemption, prior to the offered effective date.
