WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Inbound Marketing Specialist to identify, manage and nurture leads to drive revenue growth. As a key Marketing team member, you will be critical in delivering high-quality leads to the Business Development team and driving new revenue opportunities through innovative email, social media and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B inbound marketing, including lead generation and prospecting, database management, and inbound marketing strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management
  • Oversee the flow of leads through the sales funnel from generation to closure.
  • Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and target customer profiles.
  • Manage the intake, tracking and assignment of leads to the appropriate Business Development representatives.
Lead Nurturing
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows using email marketing, content distribution and marketing automation platforms.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to re-engage cold leads.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Design and implement email, social media and digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage leads through various buyer journey stages.
  • Personalize outreach efforts to resonate with the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Create, test and optimize website content, blogs and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
CRM Management
  • Maintain and update CoolIT’s CRM system (Oracle NetSuite & HubSpot) with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows that efficiently and effectively manage prospects through the buyer’s journey.
SEO and Website Optimization
  • Improve organic search rankings by conducting keyword research and implementing basic SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor and report on lead management metrics such as conversion rates, response rates and pipeline growth.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using HubSpot, Google Analytics and similar platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members to develop content targeted to customer groups or segments.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to provide them with high-quality leads and insights gathered during the prospecting process to expedite time to revenue.
  • Collaborate with external contractors (website developers, digital marketing agency and CRM consultant) to develop lead generation programs.
Continuous Improvement
  • Constantly review and refine inbound marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing tools, technologies and techniques.
  • Continuously grow your knowledge of the global data center liquid cooling industry, CoolITs customers, partners and competitors, and CoolIT’s products & services.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing, lead management, sales development and/or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot, SalesForce), marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology, server hardware, data center or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
  • Certification in inbound marketing from platforms like HubSpot Academy.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Oracle NetSuite, SalesForce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Familiar with lead generation tools such as (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization tools (e.g. Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about new technologies.
