Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 roles, including development of strategic recruitment plans, hiring leader customer service/communications, and execution (intake to verbal offer)
- Triage recruitment requests via MNP’s internal ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Source using a variety of tools and innovative strategies, including advocating for top talent internally
- Build proactive talent pipelines, including creating target lists and relationship building
- Act as a regional point of contact for consultation on Talent Acquisition processes and market intelligence
- Generate digital engagement on social media via various forms of multimedia (including but not limited to posts, sharing posts, polls, images, selfies, videos, chat forum contributions, etc.)
- Act as a subject-matter expert on recruitment technology functionality and user experience and on sourcing tool functionality (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); as well as be accountable for making innovative recommendations for improvements
- Performance Management:
- Source and hire new team members, including accountability for their onboarding and training
- Performance coach direct reports (i.e., oversee the performance management lifecycle, support learning plans, provide positive reinforcement, developmental feedback, and career coaching)
- Track and leverage metrics as a form of team evaluation
- Communicate, solicit, and follow-up with hiring leaders to keep a pulse on client service excellence and team delivery in the eyes of the business
- Leadership:
- Foster a high performing team that meets SLAs and delivers superior service excellence
- Lead biweekly team meetings, including planning agendas and content (including competitive intelligence, client service excellence, recruitment best practices, training, collaboration, etc.)
- Identify training and development needs
- Promote virtual team collaboration and relationships, including a culture that fosters DE&I
- Manage team workload in accordance with business/hiring leader needs
- Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy of data inputs to support report quality
- Monitor and analyze metrics to drive actionable innovation and improvements.
- Minimum 8-10 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Professional services industry experience, with successful recruits of senior level professionals
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology and social media solutions
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Bilingualism in French and English
