Corpay is currently looking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist within our cross-border division in Toronto, Canada. This position falls under our Corpay Cross-Border line of business. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and producing leads for the new core business units globally. This individual has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership and support to the various sales leaders across the organization. This position reports to the Global Director of the Sales Enablement team and regularly collaborates with the sales team members and sales leadership within each region.

How We Work
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days from home. Corpay will set you up for success by providing :
- Company-issued equipment with remote access

- Develop, implement, and execute strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads to fuel the sales pipeline and drive revenues in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Drive lead generation efforts by producing net-new leads, reactivating dormant leads, and providing strategic insights on which leads are most likely to convert.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the current predictive model, including lead scoring and prospect grading methodologies, and recommend improvements or the introduction of new algorithms if necessary
- Collaborate with sales teams to gain a deep understanding of top-of-funnel sales methodologies, the FX industry, and the customer personas targeted by Corpay.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing industries, as well as explore new verticals and global channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends, pain points, decision-making factors, and customer touchpoint preferences to improve lead targeting.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of prospect personas, including detailed information about their roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to capture, nurture, and track leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring smooth lead progression.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and drive data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, focusing on conversion rates and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead management, demand generation, or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of lead management principles, lead generation strategies, nurturing techniques, and lead scoring methodologies.
- Strong understanding of sales best practices, including outbound lead generation and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), automation platforms, and lead management tools.
- Familiarity with using Python (or equivalent) for predictive modeling and building lead generation funnels to identify potential prospects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly self-motivated, responsible, quick to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
