Who are we looking for?

GHD has excellent opportunities for two (2) Senior Advisors in Asset Management (Information Solutions) to be based in either our Charlotte or Toronto offices (GHD supports a hybrid work model). Our Senior Advisors play a leadership role in growing the GHD Advisory and, specifically, the Asset Management business, in the U.S. and Canada across Water, Transportation, Facilities, Municipal, Energy, and Industrial clients.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, these positions offer a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Under the direction of our Asset Management Team Leaders, contributing to securing a pipeline of work across a range of private and public infrastructure and business sectors.
  • Leading and assisting in the technical delivery and management of asset management information solutions projects (i.e. CMMS, EAMS, and so forth) across North America and in support of GHD Advisory globally.
  • Playing an active role in building asset management business development and delivery teams, providing direction to and coaching team members in support of the overall functioning of the business.
  • Providing technical leadership on asset management projects, including direction to and input on tenders/bids and proactive client proposals.
  • As a proactive and engaged member of GHD’s global Asset Management business, bringing leadership, innovation, and positive contributions to the evolution of the GHD Asset Management Way proposition.

What we prefer you bring to the North American Asset Management business:

  • Experience client-side implementing and managing asset management software and developing that software to support asset management activities such as frontline operations, maintenance and reliability services, augmented by time providing asset management consulting experience.
  • Willingness and capability to lead bids and projects, and be a positive, collaborative team member on other’s bids and projects, across a diverse range of infrastructure sectors and for industrial, private sector clients.
  • Technology-centric, data analysis capabilities and experience, that may include the use, development, selection, configuration, implementation and/or implementation oversight of asset management information solutions, with knowledge of systems such as IBM Maximo , HxGN EAM, Trimble Cityworks, Bentley AssetWise, and the like.
  • Experience delivering organizational development consulting services including business process improvement, change management, risk management, performance alignment, and training, centered around service and operations performance.
  • Demonstrated ability in continued learning, personal skills development, and codifying knowledge gained, and a commitment to continuous services and delivery innovation.
  • An undergraduate degree, or equivalent confirmed experience, in relevant technology fields.
  • Demonstrated awareness of the critical need for client service excellence.
