Position Overview:

As the Store Development Project Co-Ordinator for APAC, you will be directly reporting to the Director, Store Development. Under the Director’s guidance, you will execute our store expansion and renovation projects with a focus on delivering high-quality and luxurious retail spaces. Your responsibilities will include project administration work such as preparing CAF, raising POs, tracking CAPEX spending, and maintaining project timelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally to support new store openings, pop-ups/temp stores, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Oversee project administration work to prepare CAF, raise POs, record CAPEX spending, and maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as local architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the design integrity of the brand is upheld.
  • Support the Director, Store Development in project meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and close-out meetings.
  • Act as the CG Store Development Ambassador, maintaining brand store design standards and guidelines.
  • Host the CG sample library for the North America region.
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Let’s Talk About You:

  • Certificate or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience and exposure to luxury retail projects.
  • Prior international project management experience considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in industrial-related software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Architectural Desktop, MS Office, MS Projects, etc.
  • Team player, detail-oriented, motivated, and persistent to succeed with good business acumen.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills with exceptional time management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multi-lingual is an additional plus.
  • Action-oriented and driven towards achieving results.
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites and collaborate with external partners and vendors.
