How you’ll make an impact:

As a student in Institutional Distribution, you will be responsible for supporting the division through the gathering and analysis of data for key business initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations including cash flows, internal and client reporting.
  • Assist and support the sales process through gathering industry data.
  • Review the data integrity of records in Salesforce and working with internal business partners to create on-going process improvements.
  • Special projects and analysis to support Sales, Consultant Relations, Relationship Management.

What we’re looking for:

  • You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, business, or economics preferred
  • You have previous knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically institutional investments is an asset
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills required
  • You must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
