The Digital Product Delivery team is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing digital banking (mobile, online) with capabilities that address business objectives and ensure an optimal client experiences As a Digital Product Analyst, you will support in developing & maintaining the vision for the product iterations, being a voice of the client when establishing priorities, understanding needs of various stakeholders (line of business, legal, risk, security, finance) and ensuring alignment across the product team for each iterations. You strive for collaborative environments and are able to balance assertion and patience along with perseverance. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role, You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How You’ll Succeed
  • Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog - Working with Stakeholders, analytics, and client feedback to develop product iterations that resolve our client’s problems or meets business objectives
  • Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements - You will curate user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants and various members of the product team
  • Ensure each iteration delivers expected result - Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and releases, and support in creating the best ROI on the development effort with the project manager and technical leads
  • Validate - Working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features
  • Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product – act as key contact for product related questions and present your product to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with maintaining Intake Backlog – Working with Digital Strategy and Business partners to manage and maintain Partner intake and PI Planning process
