Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple accounts for XANA Canada and XANA Dubai. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a passion for storytelling, analytics, and community engagement. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the unique needs of our Canadian and Dubai markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored for XANA Canada and XANA Dubai.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in both regions.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos) for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Manage localization of content to resonate with Canadian and Dubai audiences.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Foster and grow online communities, building trust and brand loyalty.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
  • Optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated on social media algorithms and best practices.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and identity across all channels.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and cultural nuances for Canadian and Dubai audiences.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably managing accounts for multiple regions or markets.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Video editing experience is a bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances and trends in both Canadian and Dubai markets.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
