Saica Pack, US is currently hiring for a Machine Operator with the following qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to learn machine operation and be able to measure and monitor output.

Know the operation of the machine and the procedures to the extent that allows optimal collaboration on tasks

Participate in the established product quality controls and comply with the applicable Work Instruction (W.I.).

Follow established procedures as defined by Saica Pack.

Assist the machine operator as needed in labeling product.

Assist the driver to remove tools, implements and materials used during manufacturing and put them away in their assigned place.

Collaborate in pre-established preventive maintenance.

Adhere to work procedures and standards defined in the work instructions.

Rotary die cut or folder/gluer experience a plus but not necessary.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Experience: experience in corrugated packaging, minimum 3 years'

Manufacturing Environment

Physical Requirement: In addition to normal walking, hearing, and seeing, may frequently be required to grasp/hold tools and perform fine hand manipulation using QC and hand tools. There may be long periods of time spent standing at the production lines. May occasionally sit, twist, bend, squat, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, speak, smell, and lift up to 40 lbs during the course of the day.

Safety Requirement: May be required to wear common protective or safety equipment such as masks, safety shoes, glasses, gloves, or hearing protection depending on the manufacturing area per company policy.

Environmental Factors: Indoors, climate controlled. Some areas may have exposure to contaminant smells, and/or have distracting noise levels.
