The Work You Will Do
As an Administrative Assistant for our Northern Travel Division of Bayshore, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating internal and external communications as required. This will be achieved through exceptional customer relations, proficiency in Windows applications and database management. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring Bayshore Northern staff receive exceptional support from their Employee Support Team.
This is a fast-paced, high energy role that requires above average initiative and proven administrative support abilities. This is a hybrid position with opportunity to work from office and home based on business needs. Requirement will be for 3 days minimum in-office.

Customer Relations
- Strong communicator, ability to communicate in both written and verbal situations
- Handle multiple tasks and correspond at an executive level
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Ability to quickly learn in-house programs and fluent with MS Office Suite
- Coordinate with Engagement Support Team regarding staff onboarding requirements
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
- You can handle multiple tasks and work independently as a team-member
- Fluency in written and spoken French language is an asset
