Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and close sales.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimise marketing strategies (e.g., social media, email, SEO) to promote our personal development products and services.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the workforce; this role is not suitable for recent graduates.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take ownership of your success.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients, prospects, and team members effectively.
