What you will be doing:

  • Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date
  • Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)
  • Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc
  • Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports
  • Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner

What you bring:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to connect with dealerships and customers
  • Team oriented, flexible and proactive
  • Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
