Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process orders, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
- Gather and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software to track interactions
