Shift:

• Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.

Your Role Includes:

• Conducting visual inspections of welds.
• Performing necessary welding corrections.
• Completing part assembly as required.
• Handling parts with the overhead crane in the absence of the crane operator.
• Collaborating with other trades: robot operator, robot preparer, and crane operator.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Following company quality procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Ensuring finished parts meet company quality standards.
• Verifying finished parts comply with drawings (complete assembly and welding).
• Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Vocational diploma in Welding/Fitting AND/OR Structural Metal Assembly AND/OR a minimum of 2,000 hours of experience in the field (work or school).
• Strong ability to read technical drawings or blueprints.
• Familiarity with both imperial and metric systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Knowledge of spoken English (an asset).
• Experience with welding machines, grinders, torches, cutting tools, and overhead cranes.
