Sr. Logistics Employee for our North American office in Mississauga Ontario, Canada.

Are you a logistics professional looking for your next adventure? Join our vibrant team as a Senior Logistics Employee and become the driving force behind our warehouse operations!
In this pivotal role, you won’t just oversee— you’ll be immersed in every aspect of logistics. You’re a natural leader but love to be part of the daily logistics process. This means that you don’t shy away from order picking, packing and preparing goods for shipment.
With a hands-on approach, you’ll ensure that our processes run smoothly, keeping our inventory managed and our workspace organized.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, collaborating with two fantastic logistics colleagues.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be
The job has seasonal influences and during peak season will be the main focus. Extra working hours may be available during this period. During the down season the logistics employees have the opportunity for continuous improvement in other departments, or in training. This collectively helps us grow and fulfill our mission.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Order picking, packing and preparing goods for shipment
- Take charge of inventory management and maintenance tasks
- Keep our warehouse neat and efficient
- Checking and replenishing packaging and shipping materials
- Manage essential administration and book incoming shipments
- Foster relationships with carriers to optimize our logistics flow
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- The ability to take the reins and drive initiatives
- A knack for self-management and flexibility
- At least 10 years of logistics experience, including 2 years in leadership
