This is your opportunity to make a significant impact as you bring fresh ideas, sharp analytical skills, and an unrelenting drive for results to a team that’s ready to shake things up.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Shape the Future Take center stage in building and optimizing a world-class marketing operation that drives strategic growth, fosters seamless customer experiences, and sets new industry standards.
  • Competitive Compensation Enjoy a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for continuous personal and professional growth as you advance in your career.
  • Lead and Empower a Team Lead and mentor a growing team, helping to shape the next generation of marketing talent while driving alignment and collaboration for high-impact results.
  • Grow Your Career Build a world-class marketing program and scale the team to drive FBC to $100M. Leverage our strong foundation to make a direct impact on growth, efficiency, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with Experts Partner with a talented, high-performing team across growth, customer, and content marketing, and hone your skills with world-class consultants in PPC, SEO, PR, and Product Marketing to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth Strategy Lead multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results across paid, organic channels, and offline channels including events.
  • Lead and Inspire the Team Recruit, mentor, and nurture your direct report, aligning their efforts with business objectives while empowering them to take initiative.
  • Performance Marketing Oversight Collaborate with external agencies and provide strategic direction for SEM across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, guiding targeting, creative strategy, and optimizations.
  • Support Business Development & Partnerships Collaborate with the Business Development team to strategize, test, and optimize events and partnership initiatives. Provide messaging, enablement, and strategic guidance to drive growth and deliver value.
  • Bridge Sales & Marketing Play a critical role in aligning sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless lead flow and strong communication. Collect feedback, refine campaigns, and support the sales team with high-quality leads that convert.
  • Strategic Collaboration Work closely with the content team to build awareness, generate leads, and position us as a trusted advisor in rural communities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Collaborate with the Marketing Operations to track and analyze campaign performance, tell compelling, data-backed growth stories, sharing learnings, and continuously experimenting.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or a track record that proves you don’t need one.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, owning results across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. HubSpot wizardry is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team, including coaching, providing constructive feedback, holding team members accountable to goals, deadlines, and KPIs, and fostering professional development to help employees reach their full potential.
  • A data-obsessed mindset. You don’t just report on raw numbers—you turn them into stories that drive action and can be followed by other teams across the business.
  • Stellar project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-stakes initiatives without dropping a ball.
  • Experience in financial services, marketing to small business owners, or agriculture is a major advantage—but a passion for the audience can be just as powerful.
