Job Responsibilities

• Preparing Commercial financial plans, budgets & forecasts for all financial components of EBITDA
• Analyzing Commercial P&L and variances as it relates to Price & Mix
• Communicating and managing pricing submissions and competitive activity
• Analyze and provide support on recommendations for new brand/SKU launches
• Identify revenue/price/SKU opportunities to drive profit
• Analyze & develop Promotional Plans
• Analyze and provide support on Margin Pools & provide recommendations
• Analyze and provide recommendations on provincial pricing regulations such as markup structures, price change protocol, and social reference pricing
• Support presentations development as required (Exec. Leadership, Board)

Job Qualifications and Competencies

• University Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years business experience, Revenue management or finance role preferred
• Experience working in the beer industry in an analytical/finance type role an asset
• Strong Excel skills (including statistical functions). Advanced Statistical tools an advantage
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures
• Proactive – able to identify opportunities
• Strong business judgment
• Organized approach to problem solving
