Front of House Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server/Supervisor to join our team at the West Springs location. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while also assisting in the supervision and training of our front-of-house staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving Guests:
• Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Supervisory Duties:
• Assist with the training and development of new servers.
• Monitor service levels and ensure guest satisfaction standards are met.
• Assist with shift scheduling and staff coordination.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Cash handling and closing up the building.
• General Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Food Handler's Certificate is required.
